Elizabeth, an Associate in the Business Law Group, brings a diverse background to her practice, focusing on tax, real estate and corporate/commercial matters. Elizabeth started her legal career at Miller Thomson LLP where she was a summer and articling student. Elizabeth brings a practical approach to advising businesses in various areas such as tax-efficient planning, real estate transactions and buying and selling shares. Prior to working at Miller Thomson LLP, Elizabeth worked at a legal aid clinic drafting wills and powers of attorney. Elizabeth also held a variety of municipal, sales and marketing roles throughout Ontario. Elizabeth is actively involved in her community. Previously, she was on the Board of Directors for the Kingston Youth Shelter.
