After years of slowly growing our footprint we can proudly say we are now in two countries, six regions and 90 communities, and have built more than 28,000 homes over the past 25+ years. The Empire Communities team is made up of over 700 employees spanning across Toronto, Ontario; Houston, Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jayne Smillie, Sales Representative for TFN Realty Inc., Brokerage, is Empire Communities’ BHBA Representative. TFN is the exclusive broker for Empire Communities. Jayne serves as a Member of the BHBA Board of Directors, and was a BHBA Past President. Jayne is primarily located at Wyndfield, Brantford.
