As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to thank our members for your continued commitment to building strong communities across Brantford and the County of Brant. The past year presented no shortage of challenges — yet our industry has continued to adapt, innovate, and deliver. That resilience is something to be proud of.
January is always a time for reflection and renewal. It’s an opportunity to look ahead, refocus our priorities, and ensure our collective voice remains strong as we advocate for housing supply, efficient approvals, and policies that support responsible growth. The Brantford Home Builders’ Association will continue to work closely with municipal partners, allied associations, and industry stakeholders to ensure our members are informed, engaged, and represented.
As we move into 2026 planning conversations, there are several important planning and development initiatives underway that will directly impact our industry. Please review the updates below from the County of Brant Development Services.
