Founded by Andrew Neill in 2017 as a small construction management firm in Brantford, ANC has grown into a large-scale operation headquartered in a 135,000-square-foot facility. What began building custom homes has evolved into prefab industry leadership across multi residential, commercial, industrial, and off-site fabrication.
ANC began as a general contractor and construction management firm focused on custom homes before expanding into the ICI sector, modular building, development, and most recently, 3PL logistics. ANC’s dedication to innovation and excellence has earned us several prestigious awards, including the Canadian Home Builders Association National Award for Housing Excellence for Modular Innovation, Ontario Concrete Association Innovation Award for a low-carbon concrete, Offsite’s Top 15 Modular companies on the cutting edge of offsite construction, and Andrew Neill’s recognition as one of On-Site Magazine’s Top 40 under 40.

Founder and CEO
Andrew Neill founded ANC Group in 2017 to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient construction solutions. Starting his career as a residential carpenter in Brantford, Ontario, he quickly advanced in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sectors, gaining hands-on expertise in virtually every aspect of the building and construction industry. His young drive and determination gained recognition in 2022 as one of Canadas 40 under 40 construction leaders.
His practical experience and vision led to the launch of ANC Modular, now CSA A277 certified and recognized for leading large-scale modular and design-build projects, including numerous affordable housing projects through Canada’s Rapid Housing Initiative. He also developed a globally patented modular volumetric concrete void form system used in high-rise construction which can reach unlimited heights and scales anywhere on earth.
